Terms of Use

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pixeltest.net (the "Site") and the free screen-testing tools it provides (the "Tools"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Tools

The Tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial screen-testing purposes. You may use them to check displays you own or are authorised to test. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

2. No Warranty

The Site and Tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, the Tools are diagnostic aids and we do not guarantee that they will detect every display defect, or that results are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Test results should not be treated as a professional or manufacturer assessment.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelTest.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Tools, including decisions made on the basis of test results (such as warranty claims or purchases).

4. Advertising & Third-Party Links

The Site is supported by advertising and may display ads served by third parties, and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, privacy practices or accuracy of any third-party sites or advertisements.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, logos and tools are owned by PixelTest.net or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute substantial parts of the Site without permission.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
